As for the proposals not stopping this, shows we need harsher proposals.

Harsher proposals than the punishment for murder? Or ones that strip the law abiding of their constitutional rights? Because if it’s that one, you can frick right off. Or better yet, just shut the hell up. Take being stripped of the right to free speech for a spin, see how you like it.

NEED MOAR GUNZ!!!!

Agreed, you make a great point.... the TOTAL of all combined mass shooting FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS...in this country as of 9 months ago was a WHOPPING...

307...

...that includes 50 years of "mass shootings in schools of 113... that's as of the first of 2019.

Citizens of Switzerland have higher gun ownershiop per capita than US Switzerland, by the way has the lowest per capital OF ALL TYPES OF GUN DEATHS of any civilized nation in the world.

Great Britian, with total NO OWNERSHIP gun control laws, had 285 stabbing deaths last year alone and like you prove is at an EPIDEMIC 45% yearly increase in stabbing deaths.

So let's see...

COUNTRY WITH High GUN OWNERSHIP - lowest gun fatalities in civilized worlds.

COUNTRY WITH TOTAL CONTROL NO GUN OWNERSHIP - Highest increase in stabbing deaths since 1946 when the country was in chaos and shambles after WWII.

And in the past 50 years COMBINED.... the US has experienced less than 400 TOTAL mass shooting deaths... which is not any type of mass anything. Bathtubs have killed over 20,000 by the way... gotta do something about those mass tub killings. .

I live in Texas, baw. They gave me another gun when I got my driver's license. I'm in the process of pricing parts to build another AR too.

Not sure how you would infer I'm anti guns just from calling you out on your melt.

Welcome to 5 years ago. You are terribly uninformed.

Read the National Cancer Society's 25 year study admitting they were WRONG about second hand smoke. It's been all over the net published major news and major magazines for a few years.

I've led a full life, and one day it will be over. I'd prefer that not involve me ending up on the wrong end of a Cutco demonstration.

so you just accept that you are going to die regardless if the assalant is using a gun or a knife? You're a fricking pussy to lay down and take it. Are you going to stand there and hold your hands behind your back with your chin up so he has easy acess to the jugular? frick that shite. I want the opportunity of throwing a chair/backpack/limb/trashcan/bicycle at the cutco wielder and give me the chance of throwing hands.

Having a law that stopped this guy from getting a gun would have stopped it.

Imaginary, unenforceable laws don't stop anything. If fact, laws don't actually stop anything from happening. They might provide some disincentive effect if there is a real threat of enforcement, but words on paper physically stop nothing.
