I would also like to add, I was using it about 15 years ago and didn't do any research before using it. Someone told me the "benefits" of using it and I was younger and dumber so I just did it. At one point I did wonder of it was something put out there to increase sells of ACV.. But IDK.

IDK about all that but a bowl of it with a couple drops of liquid dish detergent in it will absolutely catch and kill any fruit flys you have in your kitchen. I've done it before and within one day I had hundreds of dead fruit flys at the bottom of the bowl.
Worked like a charm.

Does it taste like ACV? Although I never chanced it with anything when I took it, the taste wasn't exactly something I would want to take 2 or more sips of.

This is the way to go and make sure you get the one that contains "mother"

The problem is that you are adding more acid to the esophageal cells that are already being damaged by stomach acid.

You can supposedly run it on skin tags a couple times a day for a week or two and it will take them off. That is what I was buying some for was to try that.

Used it to get rid of genital warts once.

It'll remove skin tags if you soak it in there a few times a day for a week.

Mix a Tablespoon with a cup of water and use as a dandruff shampoo. Let it sit in your hair for about a minute and then wash out with shampoo. I also have used it for heartburn but yellow mustard works better for me. I do a shot of it everyday and it has helped with my back acne I get this time of year. Just make sure you don't brush your teeth for an hour after drinking it as it softens tooth enamel.

My painter told me how to get rid of new paint smell: soak a piece of bread in acv in a shallow pan, put a few of those around the room. I think it helped

I use acv for a chicken marinade

The way the OT is with all these BS "as seen on TV" type health scams makes me wanna sell Prime Farmland located about 300 miles South of Miami, FL, bridges in Brooklyn, and even Time Shares on the California Gold Coast.
Colon cleansing? Sheesh, if your colon ain't cleaning the Dr.'s are gonna get ya in surgery for the impaction after the GoLightly don't work.
All the "health" products for hair and nails? Your hair is DEAD, it ain't got nutritional needs after it is grown beyond the follicle, same essentially for nails.
Skin conditioning? The skin you see is also D E D dead! If it ain't you are in pain. Now sure you can exfoliate to lessen the amount of dead skin that kinda "clump up" and become visible.
All this stuff is really a product of your overall body health, dietary intake over time, that kinda stuff. There ain't no magic pills, or elixirs, or creams. But gullible schmucks keep buying the shite.

Amen.
Let me just add this.
If something claims to cure everyfrickingthing that should make you pause and pull out your bullshite alarm. Think about the simple science of it.
In short, when something claims to cure everything, it cures nothing.
