The "victim" was actually arrested for murder last fall and was out on bond. He instigated the whole thing.
Shooter probably will not get indicted. There is a reason his bond was low. Self defense.

What amazes me is that people just hang around there nonchalantly videoing and watching. There are two frickers with guns right there. How do you know which direction they will be turned when they start firing? How do you know they won't miss a shot or two? I'd be getting as far away from that as I could. It's nuts that this is "normal" to these people.

They caught the guy? In Baton Rouge, it would have been "didnt see nuttin" and the shooter would keep living his life until he was killed.
