Yep. There's a lot of factors that go into whether a police department will be quality or not and I've noticed those that recruit a lot of military tend to have a different dynamic than others. usually it's for the best. Sometimes it's not.

Yeah, it was the cop. That might be the most impressive thing in this video. That cop somehow jumped into a moving vehicle and got across to the passenger side in like 3 seconds.
I don't see any argument as to how this was not justified.

This video is 100% different than the SC murder. This was justified, although it's a little scary the cop was willing to fire shots into the car with the other officer inside. Didn't he shoot the other officer, too?

For a second there when he said I shot him I thought he meant the trapped officer, but then I saw the blood from the driver. Definitely justified.
