The charter captain is a fricking arse clown and needs to be charged
But if it was my kid on the video I wouldn’t be all that happy with him either. He didn’t do the best job of deescalation and his vocabulary sucked
I would basically tell him “wasn’t your fault and I’m glad you are ok. But let’s talk about what you could have done better since we can’t control how other lunatics act”
Being right isn’t the most important thing in life. You don’t need tos at frick you yada yada. Just say ok to the psycho and move on
And all you Rambo’s saying, “he should have shot him yada yada”.Yall are insane. Would he have been justified? Of course

yeah and that girl that got raped in the alley shouldnt have been dressed like that
i thought the kid did pretty damn well given the situation. he did every reasonable thing he could have to deescalate.

But my father would have told me not to because being alive is better than being right

I do get what you're saying. I don't think the kid did anything wrong per se. But he definitely antagonized the guy a bit, who did deserve it.
But if you're antagonizing a psycho, you better be prepared to have to possibly physically defend yourself.
I don't blame him for how he responded, but he may have been better off driving off and calling Dad or even the police.

yeah you're right. i went a little overboard with the raped girl in the alley thing. i see what you're saying. i still the think the kid handled it pretty well given the situation, but there's always room for a little life lesson from Dad.

It went from two baws just sort of jabbering at each other to realizing he was “antagonizing a psycho” pretty quickly, though.
