Roger, why is Alaska the worst?

No thanks, there's nothing to do.
We're moving to Mount Pleasant SC for retirement

Delaware
That place is terrible.

That place is terrible.

Title of article is: “the #1 worst state to retire in - its not New York or California.”
And then it shows after that New York and California are the #2 and #3 worst states.

I think Texas and Florida are paying these people to say this shite, no fricking way in hell does Iowa have anything remotely nice as Hill Country, The Villages or Clearwater.

Nah. Some of the beach towns are nice.

Posted already, and I commented then about it being BS with Alaska as last.

The title of the article is literally

I always thought you were a teacher who taught people with dyslexia. I didn't realize that you had it and you were also a teacher.

Fair, but you aren’t living year round in the beach towns. Wilmington is boring as hell and there is a reason Southern Delaware is called the Slower Lower. Your biggest source of entertainment is Philly and that place is mostly a shite hole with a few bright spots.

Iowa is boring. I would say Wyoming, Montana, Colorado or maybe Utah.
If you want a beach Florida still has great places like Anna Maria. I wouldn't live in Cali. Texas is nice too and it's like it's own country but the beaches do suck .

Iowa is having serious issues with a certain demographic bleeding over from Chicago, and it’s only going to get worse.

So Louisiana ranked 41 overall, but surprisingly it’s the 5th overall for weather alone. 48th for crime.

Iowa, according to cnbc.
If those are the best states to retire in why is no one retiring there?
I guess cnbc is just smarter than all the millionaires retiring to FL, SC, W NC and E TN.

Iowa is the next Austin

These damn lists are getting out of control.

I’ve been to Iowa many times, and we lived there briefly when I was a child, and there is no frozen way I’d retire there. It’s actually near the bottom of the list.
