It is either a black who has an agenda and is just looking for an opportunity to get Gruden in trouble or a white who is rarely around black people.
If you are in a group with both white and black people and a white dude and black dude started going at it.. Having fun, telling each other shite more as a joke and the white person tells the black dude his lips are so big they look like michellin tires that will get you some laughs.
The same if you make a joke about how black someone is, if the NFL does anything its all going to be for show.
