Crushed ice sucks. I don’t want to be sucking up little chunks of ice when I’m drinking my drink.

I hate it. They put too much and you get less drink. Prob why they can afford to run those specials all the time because they are killing it on the drinks.
The flat bigger cubes actually are the best as far as cooling your drink. Need less of them which equals more drink in your cup.

You're looking for nugget ice makers. Scotsman, Cornelius, Hoshizaki, etc all make nugget and cube machines.

Yes, but their nugget ice aren't all the same. Hoshizaki's nugget ice is not as soft and chewable as Scotsman.

The most efficient form of ice is one large cube. This should be the standard in all drinks.

Yep. Ours is a combo unit that sits on top of a counter and also dispenses filtered water. It’s like 4-5 feet tall and about 2.5 feet wide. I’ll snap a pic tomorrow.

Just yesterday I had to hit the button again and ask them to bring me a cup of ice because my drink didn’t have enough. I go to sonic for the ice. The drink is just there as a delivery system.
