Cop got emotional and overreacted.

He used poor judgment to arrest her when she threw out the paper he dropped in her car.

If the citizen does not accept the ticket, he is supposed to retain it, not drop it in her car and escalate the situation.

If I'm being honest here, I do have to agree that the cop is the one who escalated the situation by wanting to arrest her over littering. She was being an entitled bitch looking for a reason to sue, but the cop reacted instead of responded.

Not saying she's innocent, because I can only imagine the attitude she was giving him before the video lol.

Agreed...but
The "New" law enforcement training discourages this when they're unarmed, still confined in the vehicle and maybe female
Gotta yank em out first and at least give them a running chance.

I dont know what cops are instructed to do. He should follow his training.

But the expected outcome is going to jail when you do not comply with law officer's instructions.

The law sorts it out later. Failure to comply is akin to clearing out the rest of your day and possibly 24 hours (and possibly longer if the weekend). She might as well as stepped out of the car with her hands behind her back because that was directly where the altercation was going. 100%.

Actions have consequences, something a lot of democrats don't seem to understand, mostly b/c they grew up going to schools that let them do whatever the frick they wanted with little to no consequences.

I kind of agree that he probably shouldn’t have tossed the ticket in her car. That’s unprofessional. However, she was obviously hostile from the start so I can’t blame him for being fed up.

She was looking for a fight and she got exactly what she wanted. My tolerance for people like her gets less and less everyday.

There’s a certain culture that thinks they can just do whatever they want and anyone standing in their way is some sort of personal affront. There’s no amount of government intervention that can stop this mile wide snowball that’s been created.

What i find interesting about these videos is when people get all upset at the officer.

My question is, how many times does he need to ask to step out the vehicle before he can pull her out?

25? 50? 150 times?

At some point, the continued need to keep asking step out the vehicle gets ridiculous

Exactly.

Police ask you to step out of the car, rest assured you ARE coming out of that car.

So did she really just set up a camera in time to only record her giving attitude while refusing to accept the ticket, or did she set it up from the start and the interaction before this is even worse for her than what they made public?

It looks like the cop had a camera, but that could be something else on his utility belt.
