I like eating Louisiana on Red Beans N' Rice
Had Louisiana for the first time on Red Beans and rice last night since we had packets at work. Put Tabasco to shame.
Imma go on a hot sauce expedition and try these other ones out, Cayenne Garlic sounds interesting

Damn no Tabasco even.
Yet most restaurants carry that hot vinegar almost exclusively.

Use different sauces for different things. We keep the following on hand:
Cholula
Crystal
Tabasco
Siriacha
Also known to keep Tapatio, Valentina, Louisiana or Bull Trappey around too.

Iowa is Burman's??? Born and raised in Iowa and I've never heard of it and don't know anybody else who has either.
Frank's Red Hot for South Dakota pretty much nailed it.

There are very few Aldi's in Iowa or South Dakota so the list makes no sense. Hy-Vee and Fareway everywhere. Frank's is what you see most around here, or Tabasco. Freaking Tabasco is everywhere though.
For Mexican it's probably Tapatio or Cholula, and asian is Siracha.
