Do you think there are people looking down at their arms and saying "oh shite, im dark, I think ill go stab someone?"
There are many factors that I could see leading to someone having a higher tendency to commit violent crimes (poverty, education, parenthood, neighborhood, etc.) but i dont think anyone commits a crime because of their skin color.
