More empty promises from an ever worsening company. They probably should've tried to get 2 day shipping right before attempting to do it in 1.

2 day turned out to be 3 or more enough times for me to already consider cancelling. Not sure why I trusted them for 1, but they got me again.

I've quite literally never had a late delivery and often times they come a day early. I have no idea what y'all are bitching about.

Had a late delivery once. Tried to return the product and selected the "item arrived too late" option as the reason. When I finalized the return I received a message stating
"Refunded
There's no need to return your item. Your refund has been issued."
Other than that. No issues.

Worked for me this week. Ordered new router/modem for Mom for her moving to new house next month, by 5:30pm same day it was in Ft Worth, before 5pm next day it was on her doorstep.

I order many things a week and I've yet to have anything have 1-day shipping. All still 2 day
