Didn't the judge say "she probably killed her daughter but it was not on purpose" or something like that?
Its just a theory... With all the crazy theories people have on the board, I don't think its that big of a stretch to think her dad accidently killed the kid..
Or maybe she did it and he helped her after the kid was dead..

All of them but Smart are now paroled. Smart's had a rough go of it. She got beat up real real bad for apparently snitching about something, and has a plastic plate in her face as a result, and chronic pain. A guard also took nude pics of her in her cell and sold them to national enquirer.
