I never got the attraction to her. Even when she was normal she was very meh. Not ugly but there were way more attractive girls in every one of my classes

Everyone processes trauma in their own way. I'm sure there are a lot of substance abuse issues that contributed to her current state. I'd probably want to start using drugs if I was abused as a teenager by that fat creep. Either way it is really sad to see and I hope she's able to heal at some point because it is clear she is in a very dark place and has been for quite some time.
