Well shite, everything is at the union. Surprised they still have free speech alley considering somebody might get their feels hurt.

Saw the new video

Absolutely justified. Just like all the others. Sorry media, you'll lose again.

You can clearly see Lake grabbing the guys hand and trying to pull it away from his pocket as he says he's going for the gun, then boom.

Just another criminal TPOS erased by good law abiding, policy abiding cops.

It's a shame the cops have to live with this the rest of their lives

watch it again then. They clearly didn't have control of his right arm.

Yeah but the narrative earlier was they were fighting for his legs. Ball cap has one arm locked under his knee

What ever happened to good old fashioned pepper spray?

I cannot fault the cops for shooting him even though it seemed avoidable. I am looking at it 100000 feet above them though

Also, if he did actually try to pull his firearm on two cops than all bets are off at that point.

Is this "confirmed"?

I'm not going through 96 pages? That video is terrible. Angle is horrible. But hey, they were in their own car.

The look is bad though. I've never seen a pistol put to someone's head like that. The cop on top had to be a little pissed. Concrete, bullet and skull fragments flying all over the place?

If you're white and get your feelings hurt tomorrow they don't care. It's only "free speech" alley as long as it a social justice warrior cause, any speech anti that in nature will be shutdown

Colin Kaepernick called it a modern day lynching! That settles it, I was waiting for his opinion on the subject.

too many terrible posts to keep track of, you win.

Now stop making up things and putting them in others mouths, and you're set.

He was shot in the chest, not the head.

When you quote the correct post it's not that hard. Sorry you're dumb.

Kinda like claiming a direct quote on something a person didn't say?

You're really good at this.

So you just watched that original video that didn't show the shooting and made your own retarded assumptions on what you think happened, like the rest of the morons defending this idiot.

The cop is clearly wrestling with his right arm trying to keep it from the suspects right pocket and from the pitch in his voice it gets higher, obvisiouly from fear, thus the term. He feared for his life and shot the man. Its a justified shooting. The cop seems upset after as well

There are three things I automatically know before reading about cop shootings...

1-Perp is black (nobody cares if Murders happen in unbelievable numbers in Chicago and Baltimore, D.C. Etc. i.e. Black on black)

2-Perp is fighting with cops and resisting arrest

3-Perp is going to be portrayed as a lovable teddy bear and the cop portrayed as looking to murder someone

You've made plenty up. I can quote em all in a bit and let you have a turn looking foolish, or you can enjoy your victory making me look foolish .

A new video has surfaced a couple hours ago with a little bit better angle and quality.

Anyone heard of any riots? I looked on google maps and it shows red traffic at that intersection so im assuming theres a lot of people there. I think BRPD scrambles their radios.

I just drove over to north Baton Rouge and actually drove down north foster where the store is.

It is PACKED! Lots of people, lots of booze being drunk, music, signs, yelling, and people everywhere getting ready for tonight (the vigil and/or rioting.) Apparently there is going to be a march to the police precinct. Tons of people were flocking to the area.

Cameras: I saw about 4 with crew
Ambulances: 1
Firetrucks: 2
Cops: saw 3. THREE but at least the helicopter is flying overhead.
