Not only do these retards have a low IQ they have zero impulse control, which makes them extremely dangerous. It shouldn’t have to be “my” child to demand accountability. We should all be calling and asking for an appointment with the mayor, and separately, the police chief to inquire about crime response( or lack thereof) in the area.

Some idiot walking the streets. Saw someone in a car and decided to try to take it. She tried to get away and they opened fire.

One of the articles mentioned that it was a Shot Spotter, so there is audio but no video. (Shot Spotter is like Alexa for law enforcement, always listening and recording, if it detects a noise resembling gun shots the police are notified immediately)
There should be video from the businesses in the area that I presume has been collected and under review.
In the audio you hear tires squealing at the end, it was either the girl trying to get away before she bled out or the shooter hauling arse to get away. If the shooter did have a getaway vehicle that should be on video and help track them down.

He probably just wanted a ride across town. He was probably already pissed because he texted someone and they said no. Now Allison tried to take off when he approached her and pulled the gun. Rage takes over and he fires 10 times while she u-turns. Probably a 16-19 year old going to see a girl or just went to see a girl. Probably on probation or waiting to appear for another violent crime. Well known to police, major impulse control, and someone who begs for him to get another chance when he gets arrested.
Either this or or road rage. Police will find road rage by Monday.

We are told that when more black people are killed by police that’s evidence of racism.
Well….
White people killed by black people: 550
Black people killed by white people: 250
Twice as many. That’s racism right? Racism until proven otherwise.
And we’ve had enough. We are tired of worrying about going down the wrong street and getting car jacked or murdered. Or not being able to go out to a restaurant without fear for your life

.... and blacks make up 13% of the population, so factor that in and see how much more violence comes out of that race than others per capita.
