One of my friends moved to Seattle years back. This was the late 2000's/early 2010's so prior to the opioid epidemic. You could probably be murdered in minutes walking/driving around somewhere like Brookstown or Merrydale at the wrong time of day. But you could also get carjacked leaving the Target on Siegen. Or catch a bullet from a driveby literally leaving the Mall of LA pulling onto Bluebonnet.
I only bring this up because you're not from here and I appreciate the websleuthing. But believe me when I tell you this. It was not a white supremacist group. Feel free to keep researching but that's the wrong direction.

Several weeks I was talking to my brother about different places to eat in Baton Rouge and he mentioned the BBQ place the Rice girl used to work at and he mentioned how it was interesting how the place just up and went out of business. I asked if that was the one the girl who was killed on government worked at. He told me it was and we started talking about it. I pass by that exact area maybe 1 or 2 times every 3 or 4 months.
I told him that in my opinion, I think whoever shot her knew her. I brought up google maps and I went through why I didn't think it was a random shooting. Anyone hanging on the streets at that time are selling. That's an open area where police can pass by at any time. And if they were on the side street selling, the last thing anyone is going to do is do something that will draw a lot of police attention and that killing a white girl would bring a lot more attention than they would want.
Not to mention, nothing was taken. They would have either robbed her and not shot her or of things went not as expected, they would shot her then take something. No one in that area will just walk up and shoot her for no reason. I'd say there is less than a 1% chance of someone walking, sees a white girl, goes up to her car and shoot her just for the hell of it.
My brother mentioned to me that her best friend was a black girl she went to school with and maybe there was something there. I asked why would it? She was evidently at Red Stick Social, she was supposedly there after they closed at 2AM talking with someone who worked there. I remember hearing the audio that was provided I think in this thread. Whoever did it knew how to not get seen by the cameras from the businesses in that area. Some things don't add up in this case and I think anything is possible to be honest.
I know the board is stuck on it being one thing and it very well might be, but a few things don't add up.

To be honest after reading that sob story puff piece about the business with the “graffiti”, I can’t rule out that they painted it themselves for sympathy/business/a go fund me
Little stencils (easy to print) on a window (easy to clean) is too random and convenient based on the timing of article and when patriot front was the current boogeyman

No theory is airtight. Its a theory, you try and find evidence to support it
In this case I believe this theory could be worth at least looking into. With a white supremist group, it could fill 2 roles, thrill kill, and hate crime.
I noticed a bag of hot Cheetos at her memorial site. Hot Cheetos are a favorite chip for hispanics/blacks
Its early morning, Shes returning home after a night out with friends, possibly tipsy, hence the stopping and getting fast food. Maybe she was heading home in a good mood and was bumping her music.
Lets say like alot of youth she liked to listen to rap,hip hop or even Hispanic music? If the purp or purps were out for a kill that night, the adrenaline would be pumping, tunnel vision and everything else. They might not have known she was white at the time.
They heard the music and if she was the only car around, something like that could have been the trigger to start the ambush.
Maybe there was going to be a crime committed in that area that night and she was just the unfortunate victim.
I don't know if you'll ever get a home run on a case like this.
I would try and get a list of the known PF members from the lsu incident and everything else.
Every possible theory that can be looked into, should be looked into. Especially if all it takes is some simple record pulling to see if a known member came into contact with law enforcement.
Unless the Police have other suspects, why overlook anything?
The only other thing i could think of is drugs or something.
She might have come into contact with a criminal element. She had been in the area long enough for that to be possible.
The hood documentaries from that area illude to the fact that lsu is where all the good money is made. Those guys hustle all up in that area, could be something stemming from that.

I'm about 99.7% sure she was murdered by hood rats in a wrong place, wrong time situation. Stuck at a stopped train, a couple of guys saw a cute white girl at 2-3am and nobody else around. Something went wrong with their interaction. She wouldn't open door etc.
