No theory is airtight. Its a theory, you try and find evidence to support it
In this case I believe this theory could be worth at least looking into. With a white supremist group, it could fill 2 roles, thrill kill, and hate crime.

I noticed a bag of hot Cheetos at her memorial site. Hot Cheetos are a favorite chip for hispanics/blacks
Its early morning, Shes returning home after a night out with friends, possibly tipsy, hence the stopping and getting fast food. Maybe she was heading home in a good mood and was bumping her music.
Lets say like alot of youth she liked to listen to rap,hip hop or even Hispanic music? If the purp or purps were out for a kill that night, the adrenaline would be pumping, tunnel vision and everything else. They might not have known she was white at the time.
They heard the music and if she was the only car around, something like that could have been the trigger to start the ambush.
Maybe there was going to be a crime committed in that area that night and she was just the unfortunate victim.

I don't know if you'll ever get a home run on a case like this.
I would try and get a list of the known PF members from the lsu incident and everything else.
Every possible theory that can be looked into, should be looked into. Especially if all it takes is some simple record pulling to see if a known member came into contact with law enforcement.
Unless the Police have other suspects, why overlook anything?

The only other thing i could think of is drugs or something.
She might have come into contact with a criminal element. She had been in the area long enough for that to be possible.
The hood documentaries from that area illude to the fact that lsu is where all the good money is made. Those guys hustle all up in that area, could be something stemming from that.
I hope they catch whoever/
