The latest gaslighting I’ve heard is excusing her confession by saying she confessed because she was told she did it when she came to so she just kept assuming she did it and repeated it.
Ok, don’t know if that’s true, but she has never once recanted her confession even with the representation of a lawyer. There are some truly insane people out there.

Same here. I don't know how the dad is still breathing after this.
I've stayed away (mostly) from reading up on this one because it truly breaks my heart. If I'm in his shoes, I do everything in my power to make sure she never walks free again and then I probably "go missing" somewhere.
