The reason the government thinks we're stupid, is because the majority of us are.
You gonna get droned bro......

And the retort bears no hypocrisy. Or data. But with good reason on the latter.

Global warming is the biggest scam of al time

data for what, exactly?
you want specific data for models demonstrating what the size of the glaciers in Glacier would be if we removed all human element?
I have no idea if that data exists and I'm certainly not spending time looking for it
Even if I found it, you wouldn't believe it, so why bother?

Yes. How else will I know exactly how awful I am and how I need to be micromanaged by globalist if I don’t know my increased impact to a naturally occurring phenomenon?

Physics is my jam. I’m a big fan of the sciences. Throw some stats at me.

If I reword it in PC format will you reconsider?

Its pointless to talk about it because people like you throw out wildly ridiculous "predictions" used as scare tactics then completely ignore it when those "predictions" are laughably inaccurate.
Posted on 1/8/20 at 9:44 am to ItNeverRains
I don't know what that even means

well, this is partly true. the pH of rain has dropped, esp in the NE. it erodes stone and makes water habitats less than ideal for marine life

what?
do you think your comment was "anti-PC" or something? and I took offense to that?
You are all over the place.
Right. Because if one believes that humans are capable of affecting the climate then they must be liberal.
Amazing stuff as always.

We’re going to look back on this and be so disappointed that so many of our generation fell for this bs.

My biggest pet peave. I live in a very heavily glaciated area where glaciers have been retreating for thousands of years, with some oscillations in between. Yet we are constantly reminded by government "experts" of all people that CC is melting off the glaciers.
It's far more complicated than that.
As with any myth there is some truth, it just gets bastardized by ideology.

Wrong. I’m open to the fact as well. But I will wait for the data to show what that affect is. If it’s .00001%, it’s nonsense.
What I’m against is the measures desired by leftist who assume humans are an overwhelming detriment to a naturally occurring phenomenon with no scientific data to support it.

Right. Which is why it was exceptionally dumb to put the "2020" date on the signs. Just complete lack of awareness. It is pure fear mongering and it just further drive the politicization of the topic. It's frustrating to no end.
It is why I despise the whole "settled science" nonsense, especially with something as complex as the Earth's mechanics.
It is a pretty safe assumption that humans are affecting the Earth's climate. But why what percentage and exactly how is still being determined.
It is just how science works. Today's studies will almost assuredly either be proven wrong or their conclusion will be improved upon in the near future. But coming to the wrong conclusions is still learning.
