AirBNB dude won't bring a key to my wife and daughter... they're in Belgium at 11pm

Ya - daughter had work for a few days and now they're touristing for a few days.
The lockbox on the airbnb had the wrong key and the owner won't leave a party to bring them a key. He told them to get a hotel.

Anyway they got an Uber to a hotel and the Uber dude was pissed they have 6 bags.
European men are fricking useless.
The hotel they got to, which was close, is sold out. But the mgr there is hella cool and helping apparently.

I wouldn't leave a party for that shite either. He should have to refund the airbnb tho which will pay for the hotel
