Yeah we'd actually wait there until they started charging door and they'd walk around and give you wristbands.
But you had to wait until that time and it was usually after a game started.
I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped doing this though.
They were still doing this a year or two ago.

What was his monthly rent if he owe'd $90k? $30k a month? That's only 3 months of rent?
The 3rd hand info I was fed last week was that rent was $6k and recently doubled to $12k..

I can definitely vouch for this part. I dated a chick from Oxford and she tried to get me to pay that shite. I don’t think so Tim

He may have had a long term lease too. I don't have a clue how long they have been around, but it would not be unheard of for a successful restaurant or bar to sign a 10 or 20 year lease. Then when it comes time to renew, its much more.

How the frick could he not pay rent?
that has to be the unpaid portion they would have owed before breaking the lease, so that unpaid rent is whatever was left on the lease, at least thats what i think they mean
as for the property taxes?????????? thats on the land owner so not sure what thats about. i have never seen or heard of a lease holder being responsible to pay the property taxes

As a CPA, I can tell you the IRS uses statistical analysis in situations like this.
Wait. Are you telling me a taxpayer-funded organization that's incentivized to maximize taxpayer revenue is using taxpayer dollars to buy the best tech available to do so?
NO WAY

He probably lives in a home owned by a shell corporation and is heavily invested in buying 1 oz. gold coins for cash. These coins are probably buried on some land that is held by a trust, and not connected to him.

More likely than that the bar was managed fine, but the owners personal finances weren't and he pissed all of his money away and leveraged his business to do so.
I would guess alimony and child support didn’t help things.

Geez if his lease was $6,000 and he owed $96,000 that’s incredible the landlord waited so long to evict.

Which is why door guys steal a lot.
Easy fix
Don’t give stamps, give out bracelets instead. You put 500 bracelets at the door and if you sell 200 of them then whatever the cover is that night, that’s how much money doorman better have

When I was in school the younger kids went to Reggies to listen to shitty rap music and the upperclassmen went to Fred's.
Pretty much this except Reggie’s was Sports illustrated, then we had nickel draft at Snorkels across the street.

It might have been my first time at LSU from 1996-2000. I went back in 02 & 03 and got another degree and it was Reggies by then.
