So you guys are against police if they come for your 30 mag or come after a vet.
Yet you're for police if they shoot a minority in the back or if those minorities kneel during the anthem to protest police brutality.

No.
We are against police when they are not doing the proper function of their job, which is property protection.
When police are participating in plunder or confiscation, at any level, from speeding tickets to gun seizure or asset forfeiture to fund their department, we are against them.

Black males commit approximately 90% of the violent crimes in my city.

Maybe so, but if they have to choose between their pensions and the constitution, we know what their choices will be.

Proof of the power of the media.
Media says orange man bad, sheep hate orange man.
Media says nothing to see here, move along. Sheep move along
Media says these arent the droids youre looking for. Sheep look elsewhere.
We are doomed as a society.

According to the Police this had nothing to do with red flag laws

SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION RE: RED FLAG LAW PROTESTS
?
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has been inundated with calls and social media messages from citizens expressing concern about a police response in the Town of Carmel. The incident was widely reported to be a law enforcement effort to seize firearms under “Red Flag” laws. This information is incorrect. The law enforcement response and subsequent arrest was related to a domestic violence investigation. The citizen involved is safe and in police custody.
The incredibly high volume of phone calls, emails and social media messages has overwhelmed our systems and shutdown our ability to communicate with our community. While we respect the right of all citizens to inquire about law enforcement activity, we urge you to respect the needs of our community and restore our ability to serve them. Thank you.

So let's say this happens.
A mentally unstable wife with an ax to grind takes kids out of the house and calls police.
Says she FEALT threatened by husband's guns.
Constitution is trampled inthe ensuing shite show because of feelings.

Disinformation is something that law enforcement uses daily.

In most states, red flag laws wouldn't have to be used for this. All you would need is an order of protection and in some jurisdictions, it could even be based on an ex parte hearing initially. Depending on the domestic violence laws in a particular state the red flag laws could be quicker but a domestic partner has had the ability to do this for quite some time.

No charges filed? Can he sue for false arrest?

His insta is still up. I watched his storyline posts this morning. Scary shite, but I can’t pass judgement until I know more facts. All I can see in the comments from other users is assumptions. For the record, I hate red flag laws.
