Figured I would share my advocare trash story since everybody else around here does.
Wife and I just adopted our first child. She was born Monday morning. Today I get a facebook message from a friend congratulating me on fatherhood and our new child. After a once sentence congrats she writes a war and peace novel on her product.
I just wanted to speak a word of truth to any and all Facebook snake oil pushers on the OT.
You are the trash of the earth. If I had to rank the 3 worst people in the world it would be pedophiles, murderers, and you. I am sorry you are poor and have to resort to this type of harassment to provide you with enough food to survive. I hope you become a productive member of society one day.

I don't think anyone over 21-23 should have a Facebook. Just my opinion though

It's actually useful. Now you know who to avoid talking to at social events. And you can decline having lunch with these people just to "catch up".

tried it for 30 days is really ineffective if you are working out and eating right. It changed nothing as at the time I was running 5+ miles a day, lifting weights 3x a week, and eating right at the time.

I went in to get my number for a triathlon down here in Jupiter FL. It was storming but my wife had our newborn at home and I had my then 2.5 year old with me. I bundled him up and dashed into the hotel ballroom where the expo was. Got him in and put him down and started walking with him to the packet pick up. He wipes out pretty hard and on a wet floor from people coming in with wet shoes. Gets one of those instantaneous eggs right on his forehead that little kids get. I pick him up and try to calm him a little because he is wailing. Advocare/crossfit type rep gives a half sympathetic look and steps in front of me asking if I've heard of Advocare in this voice somewhere between smug and seductive. I know I gave her probably the most dumbfounded/pissed look I've ever given anyone in my life and didn't say a word to her,my one and only Advocare story.
