Sounds like the typical dumb arse youth of today. They see nothing wrong with some idiot in a stolen car doing donuts in an intersection because "it makes them happy".

Anyone else notice the drag racers were running a red light as well?
Everyone connected to that video needs to be neutered.
The ones that survived that is.
We drag-raced couple times a month back in the day. Difference being we did it out in the sticks where there was no traffic, not through downtown intersections.
