Advice on how to proceed with a flooring company situation

My wife and I recently purchased a home and we decided to tear up the existing shitty glue down laminate and install floated bamboo engineered wood. Hired the highest rated floor installers in the area and paid top dollar for the best “silent pad underlay” and a now discontinued bamboo. $10K total for about 1200 sq of flooring (removal, material, and new install). 2 months after install everywhere you walk the floor cracks and creaks. Doesn’t really bother me but it has driven wife crazy. So she calls lumber liquidators and they initially give the run around blaming it on improper installation then after we check all those boxes (proof of acclimation etc) they request a video of the floors making noise while being walked on. I take a video of my wife walking on the floors for about 10’seconds and she sends it in. My wife is a smart educated beautiful woman but is on the heavier side. The lumber liquidator representative emails back 3 days later saying that they mean no offense but that my wife’s weight could be a factor as to why the floor is “structurally compromised” and making noise when walked upon. My wife is now in a very bad place mentally and I don’t blame her. I have a half typed email ready to blast these mf’s but hoping y’all had some professional language I could insert. fricking pissed.

I refuse to believe this story is real until you post the video of the fat wife as proof.

Yes it did and I’m not posting the video to further humiliate my wife

If that’s true holy shite.
Just threaten to post that on twitter if they don’t redo your floor for free. After they redo it, post it anyway.
Cancel culture is all the rage right now

I let a fat chick give me head once while I was in the military.
That’s all I got.

Pro installer here. The first thing I will draw attention to is the dreaded"Lumber Liquidators".
That's just honesty.
There could be many factors such as moisture and acclimation of the product.
Did you let it set inside fore a few days before installing?

Let it sit for 2 days to acclimate. We did everything by the book

Black dude with a fat white wife.
Classic! The secret is to get them when their credit score is still more than their weight.

I've been installing flooring for 30 years and have zero good to say about LL.
I steered a lady away from them this afternoon.
Bad news

congrats on the new flooring. I bet that rep probably spent a couple days trying to figure out the best way to word that email before he sent it and instantly regretted it the moment he did. He's probably already packed his shite up. He's just waiting on your complaint to come rolling in.

Sounds like you bought a garbage product, I recently had large flooring project and was eyeing bamboo and had samples from lumber liquidators, then I learned many local flooring suppliers quit bamboo due to install issues. Went traditional engineered glue down wood
