First of all, I'm sorry to hear that your daughter was hurt.
Second, there are times when it's somewhat sensible to consult the OT in cases where you may or may not need to lawyer up and take action on something - but this is not one of those times. This is a definite. You should have already consulted an injury attorney. If you haven't, do it first thing tomorrow.
