Why would someone go to med school for years, and rack up all that college debt, to make a living by fishing around in somebody's butthole? Guess I could have asked him but it didn't seem like the right time.

Seems like pathology or radiology would be the ideal specialties. Just look at test results all day and never have to deal with actual patients.
