At least she was crying about something job related. I've had an employee come into my office and tell me that she found out she was having another girl instead of a boy and proceeded to have a complete emotional break down....I just sat there thinking...the frick am I supposed to do about this?!?!

Yeah, woman's norm for the workplace are quite different than men. Have you ever had women work for you? Yikes. One was telling me that she thought her husband was cheating on her. What are you supposed to do as a boss when someone says this?????
