Having the AC on anything less than 70 means you prob need to lose some weight and stop being a fat arse.

My wife puts ours on like 67 when she goes to sleep. She's 5'6 130.

My GF and I have the same problem. She wants the thermostat set to 76 and I want it set to 70. we compromised and set it to 76.

76 heat is far different than 76 AC. I put my AC on 76 during the day for the warm months and kick it down to 68 for the evenings.

In the winter I put the heat on 68 at night, 62 during the day.

My wife likes it about 72 in the house and I like it about 68.

So its 72 during the day and 68 at night when we sleep.
