Sounds like a flight I took recently. Then fatty fell asleep and it sounded like a busted chain saw. Miserable 90 minutes.

Ive seen many people over 800 lbs . Think about how heavy that is . If they can walk it still is s logistic nightmare to get from one location to another. This one guy, we had in ICU we had to call for everyone when we had to turn him to assess . Very sad . The doc said he eats over 15000 calories a day easy just to maintain that weight .He was in the ICU like 5-6 months . I called him bean bag . Really nice guy .
