On the bright side being on a prison diet will help him lose a ton of weight.
Also the guy likely never leaves his bedroom so prison won’t be a huge difference

With a good lawyer, you can usually get a first offense possession with intent to distribute dropped down to simple possession. However, I don’t think the judge or anyone will buy that it was his own supply.

Just saw this pop up in my news feed. Looks like he didn't make it to the courthouse. Diverted to VCu medical center.
Don't worry though, when his court date comes you can come to the loading dock of the courthouse to view/participate.
