Watched a documentary a couple of years ago about the number of teenage girls and young women who disappear from Big Horn County in Montana (Crow and Northern Cheyenne reservations) and most often are found dead. One of the things they talked about was the truckers that pass through on I-90 and how easy it is to kidnap someone and dump them far away.

I think about this regularly, but I also listen to an unhealthy number of true crime podcasts that have upped my natural paranoia. Keith Jesperson aka the Smily Face Killer was also a truck driver.
Truckers are creepy in general. I have a cousin who recently became a long haul trucker. While I don’t think he’s a murderer he is definitely weird AF.
I was driving I-12 between BR and the North Shore and there was an 18 wheeler that passed me with what looked like female hair extensions tied to the trucks antennae.
Another time, and this is the weirdest thing ever, I was sitting in traffic on I-12 going to BR, probably around Juban. There was an 18 wheeler to my right. I looked up and there was a puppet (looked like a puppet from Sesame Street or the muppets) hanging out of the drivers side window. It was moving like it was talking to me. I couldn’t get to my phone to film it before traffic started moving and the driver put it back in the cab. Strangest fricking thing I’ve ever seen.
So yeah, I totally believe there are hundreds of these murderous freaks on the road and active at any given time.
