What movie is this from? I know I’ve seen it but can’t place it.

Voyeuristic Disorder DSM-5 Criteria
Voyeuristic Disorder is a paraphilic disorder characterized by persistent sexual arousal from observing unsuspecting people who are naked, undressing, or engaging in sexual activity. While many people may experience voyeuristic interests, the diagnosis of Voyeuristic Disorder requires that these urges and behaviors cause significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning or involve non-consenting individuals.
A. Over a period of at least 6 months, recurrent and intense sexual arousal from observing an unsuspecting person who is naked, in the process of disrobing, or engaging in sexual activity, as manifested by fantasies, urges, or behaviors.
B. The individual has acted on these sexual urges with a nonconsenting person, or the sexual urges or fantasies cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.
C. The individual experiencing the arousal and/or acting on the urges is at least 18 years of age.
Specify if:
In a controlled environment: This specifier is primarily applicable to individuals living in
institutional or other settings where opportunities to engage in voyeuristic behavior are restricted.
In full remission: The individual has not acted on the urges with a nonconsenting person, and there has been no distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other areas of functioning for at least 5 years while in an uncontrolled environment.

Taking pics up the girls skirt as she was going up the steps to her seat. His seat as on the end right against the steps. Her BF caught him. Police etc. came and they were looking through the guy's phone. I think they kicked him out from what I remember.

Can the cops demand to look through your phone? I am not taking the creeper's side here, and I have never been a creeper myself, but I will be damned if anyone is going to go through my phone without a lawyer present.

This is what really bothers me about these creeps....The system allows these repeat offenders to go back out there and live among the community as a protected species- and then whatta you know- they get caught doing it again.
The way it "should" be: 79 or not- control yourself or risk finding out you're never too old to learn how the hard way.

I don't remember exactly how it played out. Maybe the guy voluntarily let them look or it was security or something.

After walking around campus on Saturday, I can confirm that there wasn't much covering up going on. Young girls don't leave much to the imagination these days. Ol baw just thought a mental image wasn't good enough and wanted to keep a few shots for later.

Not without a search warrant. If an arrest, the phone should be sent to property and a request made to a judge to justify a search.

Is really even a crime? Seems ok to me.
The question would seem to be what qualifies as video voyeurism? Is it a crime to sit on a bench and take photos of scantily clad women in an open and obvious setting? Or is it necessary to have done something out of the ordinary such as standing at the base of a stairwell and taking photos of women as they climb up the stairs?
Is it even a crime to take photos of conservatively dressed women in public places? Seems the ine between legal and illegal is a bit hazy.

You think a 79-year-old dude taking upskirt pics at Barnes & Noble cares about what his granddaughter thinks? I'm sure she already knew Pee-Paw was different.
He probably has upskirt pics of his granddaughter.

I just don't understand these things sometimes.
Probably around 90% of females are going to be wearing underwear. Even if not, what are you really going to see?
If you're that hard up, you can Google plenty of celebrities or even watch porn, right on your phone. Or sit on a bench and watch women walk by in yoga pants. I just don't see the difference myself. It's not like a woman is gonna turn around and tell you that since you found it, you can have it.
