I suck at pull-ups and can't do 5 in a row. But I can run a sub 6 minute mile. The rest I can probably do except the farmer carry cuz in not sure what that is. And I'm way past 40 years old.

A farmer carry for two minutes of your body weight is impressive as shite for anyone

How did that make its way on the list of that other shite which isn’t hard at all?

What’s “bro shite” about moving your body through space?

Those things just don’t matter. As long as I can keep my tool working, I’m fit enough.

Most people would be lucky to pass 3 of 7. But not here, everyone can do at least 6 out of 7, and 60% can Farmer carry for an hour.

I couldn't do the pull ups and don't know what farmers carry is, but it sounds hard so I'll say no to that one too. I got the rest.

Only thing I know for sure I can do
Is #1,4,6. Don’t know what a sit and raise test is but I doubt I could do that.

Squatting your own body weight and doing 25 straight push ups is way easier than 5 true pull ups or running a 10 minute mile.

All 4 are extraordinarily easy

It's pretty simple. Just pick something up and carry it from Point A to Point B. In this case, it is carry something that equals your bodyweight for 2 straight minutes. Often times that could be 2 dumbbells that both equal your weight or they could be kettle bells or it could be a hex bar loaded with your weight.

Thanks.

Confirmed no go on the farmer's carry

Maybe. I could probably hang onto 200lbs, but walking and for 2 minutes, not likely.

should be able to is totally different from can. my guess is less than 20% of people can do all of these. probably less to be honest. I know I cant and I am in very reasonable shape for mid 40's. most people are fat as frick.

A 10 min mile is by far the easiest on that list.

I’d guess American males 40+ that can do this is 1-2%

For sure less than 20%. The pull ups alone would take 80% of people out.

Farmers carry would take out quite a bit of even the fit people out, much less just regular joes.

I agree with the poster that said they should have subbed either the two minute hang or the farmers carry with something else. Farmers carry has a lot to do with shoulder and core strength but but it's basically two grip strength tests. A two minute plank would have been better for making it a more unique test.
