It doesnt even mention if anyone had symptoms or felt sick.

Did anyone die?
Did anyone actually required ICU admission?
Did anyone require hospitalization?
If the answer to any of those three are Yes, then:
age?
sex?
co-morbidities?

It's a fake news article done to gin up fear into knocking businesses into line with their orders. That's it. So little actual details how the could trace this all back combined with names, etc. Shows how effective these types of articles are though. Bet you can go to any state and find around the same type... so and so didn't follow the rules so now we're doomed article.

I’d also assume these folks were working in relative close proximity to one another.
The problem is that we don't know, nor will they tell us. Were they all working the same shift? Did they get through their contageous stage (stages) before they were even tested?
And the big questions: when are we sure that the tests are covering this corona virus and not the others that are out there? Have double blind tests been run on these testing kits?
When are the infected contageous?
And then, are super carriers a real thing? But at least one of them in England (caught it at a resort in the Alps) spread it and got sick and then got well and was released.
These kits said he was well, and we just hope they are right.
But are there asymptomatic super carriers?

I don't even think they have proof that asymptomatic people are contagious. How would they know since they are only testing the people with symptoms?

Yeah I've never worked in an office where people who had contagious diseases were told to show up. The opposite actually.
This. If one of my employees has something contagious, he or she is told to go home or not come in until well and no longer contagious. I don't need anything spread around getting more people sick. It's counter-productive.
