It would almost be worth just basically having a shack of a house that was easy to basically take down and put back up cause they get nailed quite a bit

Also Punta Ventana was destroyed and Cueva Ventana was damaged. Cueva Ventana was one of my favorite sites on the island. Damn.

Should be fine. SJ is a sprawling coastal city that is a good ways from the mountains and issues with landslide/mudslides. Very urban and modern compared to the other side of the island.

Went there three times last year for work and have several friends in my field who live there fulltime. It’s a legitimate issue but in three years or so no real problems as a result.
