Based on that video alone, I would say he has problems. You can't tell what was said or what happened before, but he wasted no time opening fire -- and his aim was true.

agree, there's got to be more to it, maybe a previous exchange? maybe the yute in the green shirt was packing?

I'm betting there is some history with this one.

Luckily that's up to a jury.

Unluckily for him, the jury will be in chicago so he's fricked six ways from Sunday.

He's going to argue that they were threatening him and surrounding him in an aggressive manner which is probably true.

However Illinois is not a stand your ground state, in fact quite the opposite they have very strict gun laws. If this video is the only piece of evidence this dude is certainly going to be convicted of some serious charges.

He’ll probably say they called him a cracker and get off.

The teens were probably serial pool pissers.

I can't tell. Maybe the teen was reaching into his bag for a gun. Maybe be was reaching for a Bible to read to the dude. Audio would probably help.

Either way I can't say good shot based on that video.

I’m sure the young scholars were just approaching to offer to assist him with his bicycle. Perhaps one of them was in his school’s STEM program and is planning to study engineering, so he already knew a lot about fixing bicycles.

I am going to believe the lifeguard 100% of the time. I doubt this dude waited 55 years to just start randomly murdering innocent teenagers.

Seriously. Benefit of the doubt goes to the 55 yr old dude and not the fricking Chicago “teens”

No physical altercation, and while the "kid" got close to him, you can't pull and shoot without extreme threat of bodily harm or death.

Based on the five pixels I could see, that dude is guilty as frick.

You can’t know that without knowing what they said to him and what they had in their waistbands or hands.

Progressives say you’re supposed to let them beat you to death, otherwise you’re perpetuating white supremacy.

We don’t live in a vacuum. This guy knows that black Chicago “teens” in groups are dangerous.

Correct. Need to know if that was a gun they pulled on him or not. Can't tell from the video.

The first guy is pointing something while the other guy seemed to be reaching around for something. However, that could be wrong. It's hard to tell from the video.

Will wait for more information to come out.

looked like one of the yutes had a calculus III book in his waste band, that's mental anguish right there

Unless they pulled a gun first. I am not saying they did. I can't tell from the video.

Whether they actually had a gun is irrelevant. The issue is whether a reasonable person would have felt threatened. Under those circumstances, I certainly would have.
