I think it will get made. Bezos has a decent amount of money in it and I think sees a future Amazon tie-in similar to Rivian.
Not sure anyone will buy it. People say they want a truck like this but reality is they don't have the money for a third auto and will never pull the trigger.

Won't pass emissions or safety.
People forget how dog slow those were, you'd feel badly outclassed in modern day traffic. 105 towering HP, 137 ft-lb of torque. 3k lb or more with a modern crash structure.
Not enough people even know how to drive a manual any more.
MPG will be horrible for the class, which will be even worse for the parent corp's CAFE numbers, and would break a smaller company.
The Reo will be a more modern take with a modern engine and some limited electronics. We'll see if they survive.
