Looked at a lot in that neighborhood that was twice as big and it was $85 so I’m going based off that

That looks like it from the street view too, and the house is same style on the inside. So pretty accurate $/sqft

Jesus, man, I don't even clean my house.

Ask anyone.

Plus, why would I go all the way to Shreveport just to clean a house?

Could the cabinets get any cheaper looking?

What’s wrong with the cabinets? This is what they are putting in million dollar homes now and have been for years.

I own a lot you can see in the street view. I paid 85 for it. The one this house is on probably went around 140k.

New builds are listing at 300 a foot, selling around 285 a foot, but my opinion is that house will be turned into a duplex before it sells for a million.

It's amazing how much land Shreveport has annexed chasing tax dollars.

That used to be the country back when I was growing up. Some dudes from my neighborhood that thought they were bad got the shite beat of them by some ole boys from Forbing Woods one night out at Wallace Lake Dam. A couple were beaten so bad it made both papers.

Provenance home prices are OUTRAGEOUS- I don’t know how they sell them. The neighborhood is great with a nice park, lake and restaurants in the front, but I can’t get to their price per square foot.

Shreveport is no “location”.

It’s a place to be from, not to be.
