First of all, they only needed to send one unoccupied messenger vehicle. What a waste of resources. They should return home in shame.
We are not ready? Ready for what? Halloween?
"Do not go beyond your solar system. Do not look for us." We can barely make it past the atmosphere of the Earth.
If the people of Earth will not follow the instructions that they already have, what outcome is expected with any additional requirements?
What major cities have to reduce their populations by half? They did not demand that the population of the earth be reduced by half.
Will evacuation of the cities count as population reduction?
Stupid aliens!
