I think the guy is a harness racing trainer. Someone else who worked at the track with him died too.

I think the infection rate (not mortality rate) in Italy is largely due to the train system. Riding a train in Italy is like standing in a crowded elevator for an hour.

A comment from the comments from the Daily Mail said that the now-dead son was a horse trainer and may have contracted the disease from another New Jersey horse trainer who was the first person to die from Coronavirus in New Jersey. Big family had a big get together leading to dead relatives (3)+ventilators+quarantine at home.
