Three bounty hunters are facing criminal charges after reportedly entering a home without permission.

According to West Monroe Police Department arrest information, it was nearly midnight on Aug. 15 when three men armed with pistols and wearing bulletproof vests broke down the door of a West Monroe woman's home and entered the house without authorization.

The victim told police the men were looking for a person who possibly lived in the residence prior to her moving into the home two months ago.

An investigation by the WMPD led to felony warrants being issued for Patrick Guimbellot, 25, Rayville, of Guimbellot Bail Bonds, also of Rayville, and his apprentice Michael Brance Franks, 25, also of Rayville. Richard Walker Jr., 26, of Monroe is also facing charges.

Want to get killed by a home owner? Because this is how you get killed by a homeowner.

They should lose the ability to act and be licensed as bail-bondsmen as part of their punishment.
