2020 LA Bar Exam Shortened to 1 Day

What a load of waffle. The 3 day bar exam is a rite of passage in this state!

The Bar is fricking stupid. We need a more specialized exam. I’ve forgotten about 75% of what was on the Bar and used about 5% of it. And the 5% I used makes up a fraction of a fraction of a percent of my practice.

The bar exam is hard for a reason. Most lawyers are useless and plentiful.
We need to create an opportunity for law school grads to sign contracts to be public defenders for 3 yrs in exchange for a specialized bar exam. Boom! I'ma a genius!

I know you're being cute, but I would be in favor of Louisiana adopting an apprenticeship model in lieu of the Bar.
