Negotiable instruments isn’t even tested on the bar anymore. They moved mandate from Code III to BE to take up some of the space, but apparently most test takers blow through it with over an hour left.

They got rid of the live patient boards, which is something thats been needing to happen for years

So there's no need to a DDS to prove they won't butcher someone? Just take a written test and you're good?
