Standing taller and longer than the previous-generation Sierra Heavy Duty, the 2020 model is available with a 445-horsepower, 6.6-liter Duramax turbo-diesel developing 910 pound-feet of torque. It's paired with an all-new 10-speed Allison automatic transmission. Together, the bigger frame and stronger powertrain are expected to deliver more than 30,000 pounds of towing capacity.

Inside, GMC has redesigned the interior to offer more head- and legroom and a higher seating position for drivers to see over a taller hood-line. A larger grille and functional hood scoop feed a cooling system for the turbo-diesel.

Following in the light-duty AT4's tracks, the Sierra AT4 Heavy Duty is equipped with an off-road suspension, Rancho shocks, skid plates and Eaton locking rear-differential. The off-road truck rides on standard 18-inch wheels with Michelin all-terrain tires, with an option to upgrade to 20-inch wheels.
Going on Sale in Summer of 2020

GMC hit a grand slam with their AT4 styling package. I can't wait to see the Yukon edition.

It's amazing to me how one autogroup can produce a beautiful looking GMC and a god-awful looking Chevy

Will look great pulling the camper around to Brayden's travel ball tournaments.

Hopefully they can fix the "tailgate within the tailgate" before they go on sale.......you can't open the "tailgate within the tailgate" when the whole tailgate is down IF you have a trailer receiver attached; the little tailgate will hit it.

how is it possible to bring something that ugly to production? Those huge grills look ridiculous and just scream chrome/plastic. Step it up already

Can it tow that up a treacherously steep, 800ft spiral tower, with flames being spit at it?
Cause if not, pfffft... I’m sticking with my Ford. I’m Ford tough, good buddy.

Not a fan of the side mirror assembly and looks. Looks like someone broke the truck’s arms
