6.6L diesel V8
Excellent for hauling a few bags of trash to the dump or the couch to your daughter's college apartment. Something every suburban dad needs.
Well if you need a 2500 series at all, then go with the diesel.

I never knew they were making a 6.6L. Wonder if that’ll become available in the 1500.

How can you say impractical? I think a man driving a car is impractical

It comes with a choice of a 6.6L diesel V8 that produces 910 lb-ft of torque or a 6.6L gasoline V8.
In other news, Ford has announced that they will release a line of Super Duper Duty trucks in 2022.

Now see this is bad design. Good design evokes emotion, good design makes you love it or hate it. People always say I hate that design, but if you hate it someone loves it. So that's actually a great design.
Bad design, is forgettable.

Nah. You really only need diesel for a work truck. Let's say you have a 10,000 lb boat or trailer you pull on the weekends a couple times a month. 2500 gas is perfect for that.

They are bringing a new V8 gasoline powered engine. Might be worth considering.

You could get by fine with a 1500 for that. It all depends on how far and how often you use it. If you haul a tractor around occasionally or haul a fifth wheel camper...I would much prefer the diesel, with almost 3 times the torque and much better mpgs while hauling.

Looks better than the 1/2 ton.

You could but I don’t like the idea of “just enough truck”. Probably fine if you trade it in every few years but if you plan on keeping it, not so much.

It looks like each part of the truck was copied from someone else and fused in to one.

They all look like that because it’s true.
Except the new Titan...that’s just hideous.

That truck is just like one of those chicks that you go back and forth on trying to figure out if she's hot or not.

Looks perfect for the one time a year that I buy mulch in bulk from the garden store.
