Those dudes used to go door to door back in the day. I remember there used to be dudes selling shrimp who would go door to door as well from time to time.

My gf bought some. I had some steaks that I compared them to, it was pathetic. Obviously injected with color, molded in the plastic sealing. It’s junk meat made to present well to folks.

Years ago they would post up in my business parking lots trying to sell that crap. They always got mad when I would run them out. I didn't waste a min demanding them to leave. It hasn't happened in many years. I don't think I've seen one in at least 10 years though. Maybe I just don't notice them no more.

Early 2000s, just had our first born and just had a bonus burning in my pocket. I don't remember how much I spent, but we were now a regular family and we were going to need meat.
These entrepreneurs traveled in a ranger with a chest freezer.
My parents bought a new upright freezer and I got the hand me down. No garage to put it in, but had a shop out back.
I had one meal of the toughest, thinnest steak I ever ate.
The hand me down freezer failed a week later and ruined the rest.
