Losing key starters for the playoffs is the main point. Ex: A month of rest didn't give Georgia their starting QB back

A loss has its perks, More rest for key players.
I'd love to win the SEC, but this season and the expanded playoff in general has made me realize that the conference championship game has become less desirable.
