First one I saw in GOM was when I was pissing by the motors and one of them swam out from under the boat. Scared the shite out of me.

Ended up being a nice sized pod just slowly cruising with a couple of calves.

Its baffling to me how a shark can be "cornered" in the ocean, where they can swim in every direction.

Wish they would come and chow down in the Gulf. Those damn sharks are way overpopulated, tired of losing half my snapper on the way up.

Orcas are democrats of the seas. They do what they want, and don't care about how it impacts non Orcas.

I was thinking they're more like cats of the sea. They're assholes, but can be cute at times.

Don't tell the Chinese the the shark liver is the most tasty. And all this time, they have been eating just the fins.

Because she could drink whole milk.

Liver is extremely rich and often delicious. That's an old hunter tradition, eat the liver raw immediately on the spot. People have died doing this to polar bears because the liver contains toxic levels of Vitamin A.

Yep, orcas are the dickheads of the oceans. We need to kill a few hundred to put them back in their place. Plus, I'd like to taste an orca steak.

Orcas are just the biggest wolves. Dolphins are related to wolves, they even have paws under their fins. Their intelligence, the way they play, hunt in packs etc. They are the wolves of the sea
